| FF Party Animal | A pretty BIG problem (Speedo Cable) Dont know if anyone has had the same problem but i noticed a cable had split in two the other day. there is a connector in the middle of it and it has snapped off the end that goes to the engine. it turns out that the cable is the speedo cable and cannot tell what speed or how many miles im doing. can anyone help. has anyone had the same problem and do you know how much it is to replace if it is acctually possible. i have a "dealership part" kind of feeling with these kind of things!![V];)[:(!][V][xx(][:(!][?] [}:)][}:)][}:)][}:)][}:)][}:)][}:)][}:)][}:)][}:)][}:)][}:)][}:)][}:)][}:)][}:)][}:)][}:)]Little Red Devil (L.R.D)[}:)][}:)][}:)][}:)][}:)][}:)][}:)][}:)][}:)][}:)][}:)][}:)][}:)][}:)][}:)][}:)][}:)][}:)]

| mad bad and very very old | Absolutely spot on, it goes into the back of the gearbag. Can be a bit fiddly, just don't work under the car when its only on a jack. This has been a health and safety warning brought to you by the man with more scars than original hand material. cheers D Grumpy old git going fast downhill rather than downhill fast!!

| FF Party Animal | my problem is sorted. part only cost me £10.30 from the dealer and was fitted within an hour. the easiest way of fitting was to remover the passenge side wheel and working at the back of the gearbox screw off the old cable and replace easy but fiddly.
