window tint DIY

Ok i'm having a bash at tinting on some spare windows i have for the cinq

anyone got any tips?

Apart from ... get someone else to do it

Take your time, make sure they're clean, take the windows out... I helped my little bro tit his windows, and we got a good enough finish.

yea i have some spare rear quarters which are in my room now lol the rear window could be interesting not sure how to remove that lol

hmm mission...the opener bit of the rear window seems to be fixed ona nd u can't remove it

hold the outer part tightly against the glass so it can't spin....place two screwdrivers in the two holes in the holder on the inside, and rotate it. It will then unlock, and you can remove them.

I did the Sei sides on mine, bit harder but they are concave on the inside....do it in a steamy shower room to supress dust.

the sides looked mint...however i couldn't get the rear too look satisfactory and so ripped the lot out and gave up...was highly annoying...however i am a bit of a perfectionist...so others may have been happy with it.
