Alloy questions from a dunce

HI guys.

Im after lovely lloys for my cinq (Isnt everyone) and I dont want to bother with body work mods/speedo reconfigs... therefore I want alloys and tyres that basically slot on w/ no hassle.

Now as far as I can tell there are numerous measurements for tyres, wall depth, diameter and width? and I know that they are represented with a xx yy/zz type format. Now, what I dont know is what this all means...

So, if you could be so kind as to tell me the measurements for a 13", 14" alloys and tyre set up it would be great.

I.e.
13" alloys
width= ..
Tyre
Depth= ..
Width: ..

etc etc...

I know, Im a dunce.

Proper gutted about this wkend, not only am I workin saturday bt its also my b'day, so total no-go!

b*ll*cks. hopin it ian gonna be the last one though, gotta show off my little Cinq.

You can kiss my flat-ass

Alloy width should be stamped on them somewhere, in the format 6j or similar. Tyre sizes - for example a 175/50 r 13 is for a 13" rim, the tread width is 175mm and the sidewall height is 50% of that (from the /50) which works out at 88mm.

185 tyres ideally want a 6" rim, 195's better on 6.5" rim.
