Cinq Door Speakers

Has anyone fitted speakers into the front door cards of a Cinq?

I've got some 6 1/2" Kenwood speakers I wanna fit just behind the door handle so they are right next to the driver and passengers body to really rear the CHOON'S.

I know the cinq has some re-enforment bars behind the door car, but in the manual theres seems to be enought space between them to fit the speaker.

Can anyone shed any light on this subject? OR has anyone got any pics they can show me of speakers installed in this location or anywhere in the door card.

Thanks very much I look forward to rearing from you.

Brian

LOL, Oh yeah Opps :I

I never realised the spelling mistake, hearing HONEST I meant HEARING.

Anyways I've got a Cinq Sport, I've seen a couple if pics of Cinqs with speakers in their door cards but they have generally been quite small pics and I'd love to hear (I said HEAR this time) from someone that has actually fitted speakers into this location.

Hope someone can help me out.

The only thing is that the magnet on the speaker touches the window runner, which seems to slow the window down going up and down, the sound is a lot deeper and clearer in this position.

good luck with the build.

whos is the little red fiat?

I think Pete's Cinq has speakers in the doors, ask him about it. I often condsidered a set in the plasticy bits next to the backseat passengers. Sounds like a good idea though, mate!!:)
