Re: window trim

If you mean the one at the bottom, then you can put it back on by hand, but you have to take your doorcards off to do it.

It is also a very fiddly job.

Re: window trim

Two things, you have to clip it down, and then in towads the panel to make it stick. Secondly, clean any kaka off it and lubricate it to stop the glass dragging it up.

Cheers

Re: window trim

If it's just the rubber bit, just push it back in. You don't need to strip the door down or anything. It does take a bit of time, but isn't too difficult. I tried replacing the whole plastic bit, but after stripping most of the door I couldn't work out how to replace it.

Disagree.

This is the bottom section rubber, once the electric window button is pushed to raise or lower, if you push it back in or out it pops straight back out again as it isnt anchored down properly and has come off its main section on the inside of the door.

The doorcard has to come off, my mechanic had to take the doorcard off in order to re connect it on the inside.

Well, my one has been working perfectly for the last few weeks since pushing it in I don't care what people say, it is clearly possible, at least in some cases
