Right, I've got all the bolts out (2 in the arch & 1 at the bottom / side and the 2 in the slam panel) but it seems to be caught near the headlight.

I don't want to break anything!

it not stuck on the arch liner is it - on the back there are little clips to hold bumper onto car, cant remember if there are any of the front

but it should slide of now with all the bolts out

I've got a new exhaust heat shield to put on (just wait til you see it) as the other one was fecked. I thought I could get away with pulling the rad forward a bit, which was fine for riving the old one out, but no good for getting the new one in. So it looks like the rad is coming off but I'm going to need some new jubilee clips, coolant etc. so job for next weekend now.

Liberal use of copper slip on the bolts to ease removal for next weekend - will fly through it next time as I know what has to come out.

I find that parking hard against a rock will ensure easy bumper removal!!
