howdoos, im full steam ahead now working on my car is gonna be a long road ahead of me, for those of you who dont know what i drive it is a 1108cc fiat cinquecento sporting and when i got it it looked like this:



Mods; full ms design bodykit.

then a month ago when i was giving up hope and looking to get a bigger car, my car was badly vandalised and had my ice nicked. was about to just sell the car and move on but....... i cant bare to part with it as i love it too much and its time for the little monster to be reborn and first up is the bodywork.

Paintwork aint great as its a fiat factory finish and fiats paintjobs are generally bad but that doesnt matter as i will be sorting this out myself.
First up! Bodykit off (what a pain in the a..)

Rear Valance and spoiler off



Sideskirts off: this was when i discover my car has had a replacement front wing but that is all its had.



Front valance gone, oh the lovely foglight holes!



now i started on the interior and getting rid of the back seats and parcel shelf surrounds as im either having a roll cage or a race floor (dont like passengers :slayer



and started the fibreglass work on the skirts as there was an arch liner recess and i did not like the part that went vertically up the wing one bit.

hmm havent even told you my plans for the bodywork yet. Plan is now to cut the spare bumpers i have in half and smooth the kit into them, delock, dewiper and dewasher jet the boot, debadge the bonnet and to remove the rubstrips from the roof and fill them, i would smooth the whole kit into the bodywork but its not worth the hassle living in a place like reading. *SPEEDBUMP HEAVEN*

Colour is planned to be a ferrari red respray but i keep changing my mind its either that or two tone black roof and bonnet and red outside OR the new focus st orange am well undecided.

After the bodywork is completed the engine work will commence.

bumper looks cool did you make it out of another that you had if so i might have ago at doing mine

ms design splitter that came off my car blended into a standard cinq bumper, worth it if your willing to put the work into a custom bumper.

the rear bumper is identical to the one i started last year, Ms desgn splitter smoothed into a cinq s bumper cut in half except i made the plate recess very shallow while i was there, still havent finnished it never got round to it but should be finnishing it for the sporting soon

good luck with the project the plans sound and look good, personally id do more with the bonnet such as a different headlamp surround shape, not necessarily bad boy style

was gonna go for the badboy bonnet look but opinions change and i want a total smooth look, back bumper should be done tomorow if i go to work pictures will come

looks fab so far, nice to see someone getting down and dirty and getting it all done. wish i had your sort of comitment
