Anyone lost a cinq???

Found this cinq, abused and discarded out in the Yorkshire countryside, poor little bugger..

Damn shame too, looked to be a very well looked after cinq, can't really tell from the phone pics but paint was tip top, interior looked almost brand new. Some people are just complete w*ankers, why can't they just leave other people stuff alone?

Re: Anyone lost a cinq???

well they've stereo ripped out, jumped on the roof and got a few other kick marks on it, all in all its not that bad tbh apart from the roof.

Nah its not its exhaust, the cinq had brand new one on it. Obviously must be their favourite place to dump cars, bits of random cars all over

Thieving little buggers, unfortunately it doesn't surprise me, sooo many rough areas in Yorkshire. Where abouts was it?

no they're not. unless you happen to have a spare uncoded / chipped ECU, you're not going to get one started.

Re: Anyone lost a cinq???

thats a good point arc, i've seen many cars that have immob as standard that have been stolen and burnt out. i cant think how it happens. if i can't bypass an immob with tools and time on my hands i'd love to know how a 13 year old smack head can do it in 3 minutes. i usually assume an insurance job is the cause and the ignition barrel is damaged after the car has been dumped to make it look like theft. either that or there's a big secret i dont know about yet?

Thats not a MK2 cinq, its N reg, and I thought MK2 was late 1997, so it would have to be R reg
