Seen this on another Cinquecento site.

Hope it helps

The manufacturers standard fitment is :

The standard tyre fitment is available from two manufacturers only, those being Pirelli (P700) and Goodyear (Eagle NCT).

The options are :

Tyre 185/60X13 Wheel 5.5X13 or 6X13
Tyre 195/55X13 Wheel 6X13
Tyre 175/50X14 Wheel 5.5X14 (Standard fitment on Seicento Sporting with Abarth pack)
Tyre 185/50X14 Wheel 5.5X14 or 6X14
Tyre 195/45X14 Wheel 6X14 or 6.5X14
Tyre 195/45X15 Wheel 6.5X15

Definitely not.
Centos have a 98mm PCD, you can use 96 - 100 if you have wobbly bolts but not 108 by any stretch.
