not yet bit skint at the mo, engine is in bits as engine died but got a new 1.1 engine from a punto done just over 9k so its basically a brand spanker engine lol

na its not being driven now till its finished, ive sorned it off road at the mo but its still insured/mot'd lol

getting a new turbo custom built for me.

T15 sized but bored out to a t20 from a range rover so itll spool up like a t15 but compress alot more air meaning more boost

Won't it just have more air to compress due to the larger bore, therefore taking longer doing so resulting in lag?

Not taking the mic, not really clued up on turbo's myself, but thats how it looks to me.

its a bigger compressor side but spools as fast as the standard turbo meaning its shifting more air

How much is this costing you if you don't mind me asking.....

got new Hybrid T15 back now looks loads different inside the compressor housing also spindle is much thicker

got my new under 10k engine block in, just waiting for my multipoint head to be skimmed, got a better turbo oil feed pipe too, once the head has been skimmed (might see how much for port and polish + match to the inlet) then i can begin to wire in my megasquirt ECU and basically take my dash out the car and rewire everything properly.

also going to get remote engine start put onto my clifford and turbo timer feature.

all going to plan so far.

whats total build cost sofar? or is that private

bout 7-8k i think :\ considering its gone thorugh 2 turbos, and 1 engine :\ also fact of audio equipment wasnt cheap.

yeah i agree with pete would have thought that you where in double figures by now lol, but maybe it can be done with a budget!
