When buying lowering springs....

When buying lowering springs, would it include front and rear springs? This may be a daft question but I know some cars, admittidly not Cinq's, have torsion bars at the back.

I was looking at some Apex -30mm springs, seen them for £70. Has anyone used these? Are they any good?

Matt

Am I right in thinking that a set of shorter, stiffer springs, without dampers to match, will result in a ill-handling pig-beast of a motah?

No.
Ride will be harder, but it'll cover bumps more comfortably and bottom out easier.

Not nesse-celery. It will improve it ten-fold. The only problem is when you face the suspension bottoming out sooner than OE suspension would.

I would get a spax kit (like yours) if I could afford it.
