I think you need the side skirts to carry the look round (and probably the rear bumper apron, too).

Are those apperatures fog light recess' or brake ducts? A pair of spot lights would look cool.

Personally, I tend to go first with alloys and then body mods.

Yep mate there for the fogs, on the back, i have debadged it all, and color coded the bumper and THE FIRST CINQUECENTO WITH A CENTERED RAGE 5" EXHAUST, soon to have the whole tailgate smoothed, bonnet bad boyed, go faster stripes removed, and in the mean while saving for thw 17's and arch mods to go with em
