Can anyone confirm the caliper and drum bleed nipple sizes are both M8 x 1.25 for a Seicento Sporting 2002?

Does anyone know the correct length?

When I bled the brakes recently two were rusted so I'm going to replace with Stainless steel ones. What are the pro and cons of using SS rather than cheaper steel ones?

Is it possible to replace the nipples without having to bleed the brakes again?

Sorry but can't confirm thread size or length but you will need to bleed the brakes after replacing the nipples
