I looking to buy the sportex 4'' exhaust for my cinq sporting from fastfiat.com I was wondering has anybody else fitted one of those? how easy it is and most important how loud.

I also have a question bout them, do Sportex only do center exit ones?

yes they do sadly

but yes they are pretty loud but do sound nice its gets a bit annoying to some people on long journeys but i love it.

only problem is that if you lower you are more than 40mm you run the risk of ripping it off the car as i did once

So i suppose a peco system is needed for the noise + OEM exit then? That or weld up a uni backbox - IE rage or a cherrybomb

so it come off at the center of the car? do you have a pic mate? the 4'' single that i am after is £104 is this cheap?

Fitted a 4" single system to my sei, very easy to do, and it sounds beefy and loud!

Have you got a heat shelid above the exit???

Bit random - but does anyones exhaust rattle against something underneath the car ?? (techincal girl car talk) Mine does wen im trying to pull away all controlled

heatshield rattling maybe or one of your clamps is loose

exhaust heat sheild underneath car, above the exhaust, prob just about where the handbrake goes thro the floor

slightly off topic, but beast, how far illegally out are your wheels!

is it really dodgy tht its makin this noise.. is it causin damage..

too much mate they stick up about 2"s


and no lauren its not, either heat shield or one of your clamps is loose. shouldnt think it`d be anything else
