General Incoming - Seicento Abarth

My little Sei flew through the MOT in March & was treated to a full service.

My trusted independent remarked clean it was, outside, inside & underneath:)

Today, a nearly new OE spec Goodyear Eagle Touring was delivered. This will replace the odd Sonar that's on one of the rear wheels so all four tyres will now match :D

Being fitted tomorrow.

Here she is with her fellow Italian friend;)

Oh okay that makes sense... Because it didn't look like a Schumacher, and £2200 seemed like an awful lot for a regular Abarth. £1250 is more reasonable!

The car *is* in pristine condition though. I was merely under the impression that these cars, even in good condition, weren't worth a lot in the UK. In fact, they are just starting to go up in value here. I'm restoring one currently, and it cost me 500€ which, for an Abarth, is a bargain here. But rumour has it that they were worth less than that in the UK.

Good thing they are appreciating in value!

Very, very different.

The Seicento is epic fun because you can belt it everywhere.

The 595 is properly bonkers yet very composed when you’re not on it. It makes a great daily.
So which one is 'more' fun? ?

That's the reason i enjoy my centos - blat about everywhere. also the 'underdog thing' - overtaking "proper cars' on main roads. I wonder what the non fiat drivers must think sometimes ?

I get you completely.

Depends on what mood you’re in. The performance levels & handling are continents apart.

My 595 was a Covergirl recently too :)
