Hi all I'm trying to find a 45 degree silicone pipe that fits on to the 899 bob so that I can fit a different air filter . I have read various posts on here about obselete gsr kits that came with the pipe. Does any one have one or know where I could get one please. ? What have others done when it comes to fitting aftermarket intakes/ filters? Thanks.

If I remember right the inlet on the bob has a 45mm OD. What I did (and this is going back a bit so my number might be a little off) was:
  • Got a straight silicon reducer from 55mm to 45mm
  • Got a short section of alu pipe with a 55mm OD (about 10cm should be plenty)
  • Got a 76mm to 55mm 90 degree reducer elbow
  • Got a short section of 76mm alu pipe
  • Got a cone filter

All of these can be got from ebay, I bought mine from Viper Performance.

That's an old picture and the oil breather now goes directly into the bob.

Thanks for the detailed reply. How did you fit the breather to the bob. ?

I bought a thing off ebay which for the life of me I can't remember what it was called. Basically one end threaded, the other end has a pipe connection on it. The Bob is fairly soft plastic so I used a knife to make a hole just smaller than the threaded end and then just turned it in there. Can get a pic when I get home if you like

Thank you for taking the time to reply I will get one ordered along with the other pipes ?

How did you fit the Bob to the throttle body ? I know that I need two 50mm bolts but it doesn't seem to seal properly between the Bob and the throttle body is there a rbber gasket required? Thanks

I'm sorry I'm replying to an old topic but I need your help.
Where can I buy the filter adaptation part?
