Hi all,

Now this may sound stupid, but I want to change the front discs and pads on my X reg 2000 Seicento Sporting. I know how to do the pads, but how do I get the discs off please?

Also, the common power steering problem - pulled heavily to the left when I bought it, so I have taken out the fuse. What part do I need to replace to sort this and have lighter steering please?

There will be a tiny bolt holding the disc in place.
Once that is removed it usually still needs a few good hits with a heavy mallet to get the disc off.
Use the heaviest mallet/hammer you've got. Controlled blows with a heavy hammer is better than wild swings with a lighter one.

Two bolts at the back.

I think the Sporting should have spacers on the front.
They may be stuck to the old discs, so make sure they come off.
