Seicento Sporting SPI yr 2000

Does this Sei have brackets for the rear bumper?
Where the bumper bottom two bolts fix, do they screw into the body or are
there two brackets in there?

Mine is crudded with rust and needs sorting but I can't for the life of me remember
if there are brackets.....
