Hi Guys,
My Sei failed it's MOT on a few bits including a broken rear spring. I ordered up some Apex lowering springs, fitted this and had the car retested. This time the springs (brand new) are an advisory as they are coil bound (when on the ground about 3 of the coils are touching). I've never heard of this before but wondered if anyone else with after market springs has found this? They're the correct rate springs for the car (sporting), as far as I can tell they're fitted the right way up and there's nothing unusual about the weight of the car at the rear so I can't understand why they'd do it.
Any insight would be much appreciated.
