After 7 years of reliable service it is with a very heavy heart that I must scrap my 899 cinquecento
The rust in the rear. The sills. The front floor has become too bad to repair safely IMO. She's just got too tired: (
The engine has done about 130k and is starting to become quite rough too. She need two new drive shafts an exhaust and a handbrake cable and a clutch is very close to being required.
As 85/90% of my driving is duel carriageways and motorway and that I need 100%reliability I've gone and bought another newer vehicle to replace "old faithful".
That leaves me with loads of almost new parts that I don't want to scrap. Including: a radiator. Starter motor. Expansion bottle. Two front struts.a brand new unfitted handbrake cable. A new unfitted clutch cable c/w quadrant. An almost new spi injector. An alternator that's about a year old.
Basically I have a ton of stuff that I don't want to waste and if anyone wants anything please just get in touch. I maintained this car to the highest standards..if I thought it needed it it got done
I will be breaking the car in a couple of weeks.
The car is in Cumbria. Eden district.
If you want any parts they will be cheap because I'd like stuff to go to a good home

Thank you. Very sad indeed. Ive been all over the UK in this car. Even slept in her more times than I remember. I don't have a PC just my smart phone. I did try and find the classified section to post there. I'm not really selling items just hope that my parts could be used to help a cinquecento to live a bit longer than mine. Thank you for your reply. I'm totally gutted that 'old faithful' is soon to be no more.
