Hi fellow Cinq-oids,

My old Cinq sporting has gone soft underneath and sadly has to go to scrap. It was a 100% reliable motor i had for 8 years until it failed last MOT on body corrosion. If i had space i'd just keep it on the drive as a full set of parts but space, and mincing wife won't allow.

Before i put it in the big Star Wars crushie thing, can anyone advise which parts I would be wise to take off it as spares for my new Cinq….what's hard to get/expensive?

Before i actually do scrap it i'll put a notice on here for folk to come and get whatever they need off it for nowt after i've had first pick. Bodyworks good but very faded, engines sweet as a nut.

thanks, Dan

Why not just get it repaired and back on the road?

If you've had it that long you'll know all its good points, so personally I'd keep it and get it back on the road if it were my own.

Good idea!

I had mine fail on rot and repaired it and now its back, its great knowing I didn't send another off to the crusher!

I did offer it for free on here a while back to anyone who would collect it, fix it and put it back on the road…..needs brake master cylinder and maybe some chassis welding for MOT. Has been 100% reliable in the 8 years i've had it. Mc Crich chipped, lowered, induction.

I've got another cinq and don't have space to keep this one too….

If your breaking her and she's a sporting can I buy
Door cards front
And everything needed to do a electric Windows conversion and central locking :)
