the online sellers state that "aftermarket" wheels are mainy 60' - but OEM may NOT..,

BUT - ALFA wheels ARE 60'.. so FIAT may well be too..,

think I'm going to check the angle of my steely bolts ( that are too short) and if @60' , I'll buy the web ones, (y)

weird thing is,
PUNTO alloys aren't as thick..as the steel bolts work fine..
but these SEI ones are only on a couple of threads = so @ 8 mm thicker:confused:

Some car manufacturers use radius seat bolts rather than a taper for their OEM wheels (ie VW/Audi), but the aftermarket wheels for VW/Audi are mostly taper seat. So that is where that comes from.

Different wheels have different thickness mounting faces.
You get the same with Alfa GTV wheels which use 37mm bolts, but Alfa 156/147/GT wheels use 23mm bolts.
Alfa 156/147 GTA were odd in that their normal wheels used 23mm bolts, but they had 5x 37mm bolts in the boot to use with the skinny spare (which needed the longer bolts).
