My intermittent wiper setting is working intermittently. Sometimes I get intermittent. Sometimes it's on full wipe. It seems to be worse when it rains, which is ironic.

What governs the intermittent function? Nothing is letting water in and all the contacts look clean on the brush block under the white plastic cover.

It is very annoying, because it rains a lot here.

Also, any idea what sort of amperage the wiper motor pulls? I am looking to slow it down a bit. Since converting to single wiper, it seems to go like the clappers.

I had the self same with my sporting, eventually it ended up with only working on full belt nutter b@****d position. Got a replacement from the scrappy for 18 notes. The speed regulator is integral in the wiper unit, I stripped mine down, cleaned it up but still no joy. A visit to the scrappy for you, M'lad.
