All seis overheat mines just spat the head gasket too ..I'd advice wiring a temp gauge in and a fan on a secondary override switch

Yea 100% going to put a temp gauge on ordered one with the new fan :D hopfully get this fan replaced soon as and get her running sweet (y)

Yeah mine got crashed into grr and they broke the fan nearly cried when I let my girlfriend take it out and she ignored the red light she said it all looked fine .. that's bloody because there was no temp gauge ..never made the mistake since put buzzers on all the lights so if any come on it bleeps haha and she'll have to stop it's unbearable and yeah man get her running sweet and you'll have yourself a mint car

Oooo not about ignoring the red light was there no steam lol ? :D haha yea dont think she will miss the buzzing in her ears you might get an angry phone call when she pulls over lol (y)

Thanks centralcentos :) I will get her up to scratch again :slayer:

Yep ...about 5 seconds after it stopped an died ..haha its quite annoying can't leave ignition on I'd be Deaf ..It only bleeps for code light injector temp and oil pressure on my cinq so unless something is wrong it's fine

So waiting for the part and will see if that's a fix or back to the drawing board (y)

Is the rad itself in good condition? I got mine from this lot http://www.ebay.co.uk/usr/tameside_radiators for £12 odd brand new. Mine has survived the slightly warm weather and some standstill traffic so far.
Although if I'm sat for a long time I will admit to getting nervous and popping the heater onto full heat/blow with windows open. Need to get around to fitting a thermostat before summer.
:)

Got nervous again today as i got to the start of the traffic and its scorching weather now  i veered off left down a back road i didn't even know just to keep the air flow going  luckily enough it brought me out just after the back up of traffic that got me into the last mess :woot:

Good job i had my little sei as that back road was tight most places would only fit 1 car. thumbs up (y) for small nippy cars lol
