Hi there,

Recently I managed to crash my lovely orange sei. The damage is pretty bad, bend in door, front wheel collapsed, side body crumpled and some damage to axis etc. I'm not sure its worth fixing. But with only 44k on the clock and everything else on it fully working (like a charm) what would you recommend doing? Scrap or fix? Cheers

I suppose it depends on if you are willing to spend a large amount of money fixing it. Can we have some pics of the damage please?

These are a few that cover the extent of the damage

wow, id say that's dead lol, would be cheaper to buy a fresh one.

At least your ok, the car can be replaced.

List of parts I can see.
Steering rack
Full hub assembly
New shock at least
Wing
Door
Sill repair
bet the drive shaft CV is damaged
Brake pipes

plus time to repair, hmmmmm expensive.

Thanks guys, I kinda guessed that already, I just wanted to share my Shame! I'm looking for a replacement atm and will strip for spares.
Then hopefully get £20-40 from a yard? What has your experiences been like having small cars like this one taken away?

Think we have all killed a cento at some point, personally I have ended the life of 3 cinqs and 2 Sei's, one of the Seis was dukes of hazard to death one day, was totally intentional as the engine was dead, its now a Class 7 Auto grass car hehehehe.

I just wanted to share my love for this car w/ other like minded people. Everyone knows the next step up from a sei is a ferrari 458 spider right?

Ferraris are a step down lol everyone knows that Centos are way more fun than any Ferrari.

PS I have driven an F430 and my cento was way more fun, comfortable and enjoyable.

None killed, resurrected two from the scrap heap. But I have come close to murder now and again.

Why when things aren't going to plan do we feel the need to anthropomorphise our cars. Just the other night, I was swapping the diff. I told the car it wasn't f'ing helping, and why are you being so sodding awkward. Like it was the cars fault.

At least now you have killed the sei, you can begin the search for a low mileage cinq ;). Then you will really know what it is all about.
