So gotwheel bearins done and now passanger side after 50mph you get a sound only when throttle on if it was shaft or clutch related would it still make noise when off the throttle and still in gear I would have thort

Assuming all was done properly, I would say it sounds like rear gearbox mount has come unstuck. That is the usual culprit for passenger side noise under load.

Will have a grinding sound when you press the throttle, that is just bits of engine touching the bulkhead.

Don't drive it like it, as it doesn't do them much good.

Obviously check all nuts and bolts are tight first.

Well the bushing is defo ineed of new one is it worth buying a ful mount or just bush how easy is it to fit

Temporary fix, very good :). No, just buy a new mount, don't be tempted by the strongflex inserts, I've heard they are a bit firm.

I just popped my rear mount. Think it was £18 inc postage.

Maybe it's time to replace fron and rear there's a guide to the front mount but he calls it the rear :s lmao if I support sump and jack is it fairly easy to fit rear mount( the one u can see thru arch)

You're rear gear box mount is the one that fits into the chassis rail under the passengers feet. You don't need a guide, trust me it's simple, in fact I wish all mounts were that easy. It is literally 5 bolts.

Never jack the engine under the sump, it's only made out of a thin bit of tin.

Use a block of wood, and gently hold the weight under the gearbox. That way if you need to raise or lower it to aid putting the bolts back in its better under the box.
Just did mine and it took 10 minutes, and that was with dropping a nut and kicking it across the garage, then being unable to find it.
