Rather short post that last one. Oops wrong button. Anyway specs are as follows.

Primary headers are 33mm od
Secondary link pipes are 38mm od
Final pipe is 46mm od

Flanges are 10mm thick and the bottom flange is 105x65mm

It is a bit deeper than the Punto/cinq unit, but only by 25mm approximately.
Anyway some pictures, please excuse the quality my phone is old and crap.

As you can see the ports are round rather than oval, but they are considerably larger, the picture of the gaskets on top of one another shows their difference. I sprayed a bit of white primer on to highlight it better.

It seems ok quality wise, all the welds are quite tidy, and it is reasonably heavy.
It was £138 from fleabay.

I don't know how much you would gain by porting the head out to match the bore of the header.
There is a bracket that runs along side the gearbox that needs adjusting. It is designed to bolt to the bottom of the bell housing, I think. Well it doesn't line up.
So a quick chop and weld needed.

tbh, although if ultimate power is your aim there is something to be said for port matching the exhaust mani to the head its not really critical... not in the same way as the inlet is at least.

The important thing is to prevent restrictions over anything else, so you would want to check that no part of the primaries cover any part of the port (which from your pic it does seem like it is even close to), and that no part of the gasket does ether. With it being a 4-2-1 you should get a decent scavenging effect as well. You would of course get a gain if they were exact same shape as port but for a road car i would say its not worth the effort at all

have you brought one mate ? as i was thinking of buying one for my seicento but as mines MPI i have 2 sensors and on ebay theres just one picture you cant tell if it has two holes

the first sensors detects the emmisions as they come out, it filters through the cat, the one after the cat needs to detect less bad emmisions and a little oxygen then tells the ecu that the cats done its job so you could get a adapter to bring it away from the manifold through the hole with a little hole so some gases go to the sensor not the whole lot or you could allow a little oxygen to the sensor and the bad emmisions and it would tell the ecu the cats done its job when really it is not there. surly that would work. im going to try it but if im wrong im wrong. its worth a try.

I have fitted it. But the cars not on the road yet, so can't say how it performs.

Although it does sound pretty loud with just the manifold :D

Bear in mind that this manifold is designed to fit a punto, as I've mentioned in another post. This isn't a straight bolt for bolt replacement.

If you have the ability and access you can make it fit, it is longer than I originally thought, so I am having to do a bit of chopping and welding. But my exhaust is not standard.

If you have a standard cinq spi system, just cut off the bottom flange of the manifold and cut the original pipe to suit. The manifold is stainless, so I would advise getting an exhaust expander and swell the cat pipe to fit over it, rather that trying to weld it. This also allows you some scope for future improvements also.

I am not familiar with a sei mpi system, so I couldn't advise as to what to do.
If I had some pics from under the car I could estimate. I am happy to measure anything, now it is on the car because it's sat on a four post ramp at the moment, so I can get at it easily.

thank you for mentioning im going to order one i will be putting it on on the weekend i have a friend whos got all the gear he can weld so i have some one who can fit it :) i will upload some pics to show others when its all on.
