The bumper lacquer on my cinq sporting bumpers is peeling like sunburnt skin!!! The bumpers are colour impregnated plastic so they'd only need relacquering. Anyone done this before/got any tips/know someone in Edinburgh/Central Scotland area that can do this cheaply (sub £50?)

Any adv. would be welcome!

Colour impregnated plastic? They're sprayed!!!!!!!!! Just flat back the damaged lacquer with very fine wet and dry and relacquer.

The pain finish seems to be good and unyielding on the bumpers so I thought it was too good to be paint. I think I'm going to wait for a while anyway as I live in a flat at the minute but we're selling up to move to a house with garage (to put motorbikes in so I can go out and burn-off all the boy-racers in their chavved-up heaps!) so I'll be able to spray them up myself.

mines done the same! not worryin about it too much though as im planning to change the bumpers :p
