yeah thats the spax springs. i used the standard shocks for now cus they looked quite good actually!
ive already discpvered the joys of speed hump hell
the roads near my missus have loads of em and ive already caught couple of times first time was on front right suspension arm and the second was the actual underside of the car!!
Ill get some before pics so u can compare uno

awesome man.... can u measure the ride height as well? gives u are good idea of how much it has lowered!
where did u get them from? looks awesome, might have to purchase myself a set!

i got the springs from motorsportworld, they were really really helpfull and answered all my questions well!
i thought ur cinq was already lowered tho??

the imola is lowered about 45-50mm, and the abarth is about 35mm but i want the abarth lower... as low as i can get away with, and after seeing ians abarth on 14's and the same springs as u i have been tempted for ages......
how much u pay for them?

ah, i get ya!! i think all in they were bout £95 odd but i wanted to get the better service and speed of delivery but im sure you MAY be able to get em cheaper somewhere else!
i was quite surprised at the ride quality too! its softened up a bit now and its only a little bit noisier than normal and not harsh at all!! one thing ive noticed tho is that if you brake hard to a stand still, the front stays down until you take ur foot off the brake and the front then pops back up! quite fun!

yea they do seem soft... which is y u will have closer to a 60mm drop rather than a 40mm drop. thats the problem with the springs on the imola at the moment, they are stoopidly hard, so they havent dropped as much as i wanted! so time to get lower ones!!!
i found them for about £80 i think, but that doesnt include delivery so neva know, i am gonna try an poach the ones off ghosts sei off him hehe

yeah, iirc 90 odd was inc delivery which only took bout 3-4 days cus they had to be sent from spax themselves!
i hope i dont get any lower tbh or else im doomed to flat roads hahaha, the rear needs to go down tho the front is ok but the bums still up in the air like a cheap pornstar!

the front is ok but the bums still up in the air like a cheap pornstar!u got any ice in the boot? that will level things out a bit.... i do think i need a set, can always sell the springs that com off the abarth on ebay to get a bit of money back so wont be too bad!
first things first tho, gotta sort my center pipe out! and i said i wasnt gonna spend anythin on the abarth till next year.... that lasted all of 2 weeks haha

haha i know wot you mean! i gotta pop my janspeed on tom nite after work! once funds back to normal ill sort out centre pipe for that!
its just technical probs at mo tho!
1. 2 bolts sheared off petrol sender metal ring so not getting full seal! but used silicone sealant on that!
2. gears and clutch bit iffy
3. sunroof leaking but think i sorted that with silicone sealant
4. assorted other things to do on engine!
oh yeah, got wee bit o ice but only 10 inch jl and amp.

the back might settle a bit more then.... stick somethin heavy in the boot over the weekend and c wat difference it makes!
ill prob leave the springs till i c how my current ones sit on the abarth.... gotta get a bonnet done and a center pipe first!
