Have a look at the instructions for Det3. Or talk to them.

The best solution is to run 4 injectors (better fuel distribution, etc) one for each cylinder.

i have started the turbo build but the only thing that im having alot of trouble with is exhaust manifold where can i get one from that will take the turbo
i no i could use the cast one but i was hoping to use my 4 branch stainless steel somehow

well its not like you can buy anything, so either cut and weld flange on the oem manifold, or buy an exhaust mani flange and build one.. Craigs manifold on his 1.2 16v turbo cinq is a decent design - can't remember the older turbo cinq on here that it was based on but there is plenty of decent pics in craigs thread.

Get comfy before you start reading this one... perhaps get a cuppa first as well

Using a 4 branch manifold isn't possible without so much modification you might as well have started from scratch - you could cut off all the branches and use the flange but thats about it.

Really though, in terms of importance and overall benefits of full custom jobby i would get the thing up and running and working before i worried about a nice looking manifold and just get the oem manifold cut and a flange welded on
