I'm sure that most of you on here are aware but fiat dont make parts for cinq's anymore this is evil, strange and rather an odd thing to do.. rather like buying a honda.. but anyway does anybody know of any decent part suppliers out there for future reference or am i best going on ebay etc. ??

E bay is realy good or euro car parts suspension and brakes are same as sei

I try steer clear of euro parts they seem pricey but ill stick with ebay then.

FIAT still have some parts in stock. But eurocarecare.net (Big Mick, aka Fluffy the Impaler, and Little Mick) and Shop4Parts are both first rate and sell quality parts.

eBay itself is a bit more pot luck.

i would say the number of parts not available is significantly less than the ones that are... Of course some parts they don't still make as with any older car.

EuroCarCare or Shop4Parts are my usual first port of call for most parts - they generally sell genuine parts where possible and are cheaper than going direct to Fiat.

I highly rate unto.pl. Makes sense to order a few parts in one go cos of the carriage but the exchange rate makes them really cheap plus the parts are good quality.

I sometimes use euro car parts, mostly i go and pick it up myself. I find their prices really for common things!

I use them for consumables - oil, coolant and the like - They are like DFS though, always have a sale that you must buy something in because it ENDS SOON!! They think we don't realise they will have the same deal on next week but I do not for parts.

And don't forget your local Motor factors (proper ones, not Euro Car Parts!).

I'm not so concerned about whether parts are available but more the quality of parts that are available. So far I've fitted four new dampers which just don't look or feel like quality components and who's lifespan I suspect will be short, a pair of front wishbones that were forged so badly the ARB mount didn't fit without significant alteration to the wishbone and I've just had a sump arrive which has been painted with something that's already flaking off before its fitted, heated up and full of oil. (Meaning I've got rework to do before its fitted). It's not even like I went out and ordered the cheapest of everything I simply took pot luck from whichever source was most convenient (Local spares shop, eBay, amazon, ECP etc) so maybe I've just been unlucky?

Pot luck = bad luck, I'd think.

all the suggestions above supply quality parts, also partsworld-uk sell genuine parts although what they sell compared to the others is limited.

I'll also would admit that mostly for my Sei I'm using local to my place of work a shop "RICAMBRIO".
Business is run by Italian guy called Franco and still he's got many original parts and after market from Italy or Poland.

yeah they are good too, not often the cheapest but nearly always genuine - if its the people i think it is...
