yes yes yes, CINQS FTW!!! I like to think letting you sit in my cinq some moons ago would convince you that they are awesome. Taking partial credit for this, even if i don't deserve it :p

I'm still amazed there is not more cinq panda owners or panda cinq owners if that makes any sense at all.

... at home parked between the more usual suspects...

I bought this as after selling the mk3 panda I felt a bit vulnerable when Fizzle (the mk2) decided to leave the gearbox oil on the drive. He also decided to shed weight in the form of the complete wiper arm assembly on the way back from veiwing cinqy, and yes it was raining

So far I'm chuffed with it, drove back the 90 odd miles home flawlessly only needed a bit of air in one tyre.
Nothing rattled, squeaked, clonked or fell off on the way back, very little wind noise in the very comfortable cabin - how come it's smaller than a panda but bigger inside? Quite a bit of drumming noise from the rear despite extra sound proofing from the previous owner though.

I put 6 months tax on it and has a months mot remaining

It's a bit pinky in places but looks a lot better than the P reg one I had 10years ago which was spotted a while back....

...so you get a partial credit blu73 :D

I also picked up a spare alloy with nankang fitted and 2 really good pirelli's and a genuine fuel filter too.

Plans are to run it as a daily for now, see whats what at mot time then take it from there :)

Yes the condition is very good, not mint but most of the usual cinqy niggles seem to have been addressed.

I messaged the owner, went to see it, agreed a price and collected it the next day.
The vendor had been let down by a previous bidder and was happy to do a deal despite being a lot less than it achieved before.

I don't think I can go far wrong for a car that has been well looked after, it certainly looks and drives a lot better than my first sporting despite that being 10 years younger 10 years ago!

I suppose whereas my panda is a 90's car based on an 80's design, the cinq feels and drives like a modern car, quite similar to the mk3, if only it had aircon it would be perfect! Chuffed it has a sunroof though :)

I was looking at sei's too and would have had a look at one in classifieds here if this one hadn't panned out.

I only dislike the placement of the window switches (what does fiat have against having switches on the doors?) and the press to reverse box is a bit of a faff too.

Just to butt in on the number plate.

My Cinq S (which is meeting its maker this weekend unfortunately) is N24 PNR. I've always liked it when you see a cars registered siblings.
