Tuning Different lower strut bar

missed this thread - it looks very much like a brace fitted to trofeo cento's so i suspect that it will work well if the bar is nice and strong.. For £30 I'd buy one ;)

here is a pic of the underside of a trofeo cinq

Yeah, although that one seems to have an exhaust modified to suit. There's some cunning stuff going on there. End sections are longer than I expected (and longer than idea) and the brace is actually slanted to create a little more space.

Of course, what it will miss -- in isolation -- is all the bracing on the other side.

Keep your hair on. I now have to mock it up in old bed frame, convince the guy next door to ovalise some CDS tube (should pose no real issues for a 30 tonne press), cut and notch and TIG and get the boogar powdercoated.

It's engineering -- it takes time (ask Camel Laird, Sparco or OMP).

I don't need it powder coated if it saves time.

no need to stick them all on ebay and get charged fees etc - i can paypal you the money direct as a gift so no charges or direct bank transfer; I trust you etc - just PM me or whatnot when you want payment and how you want paying and i'll send you money. I will defo take one - black or red powdercoat if there is a choice ;)

And i'm in no rush, whenever they are ready

:yeahthat:

The longer it takes the better and I'll have red if we get a choice, either way I want one :yum:
