Yes , its easy to remove , you need a bung to fill the hole ...

Debadgeing is so easy I took i washed my boot with hot water then the badges came off a lot easyer

:yeahthat:

Hot water helps muchly. Just don't do what I did and attempt to use a kitchen scouring pad to take the glue off!

The rear wiper is 3x13mm bolts under the boot lid. You can then use a grommet to bung up the hole. The wiper itself is 1x10mm bolt under the little cap (I think it's 10mm).

I went a little further and welded a little plate behind and filled over it and painted, quite easy to do yourself actually ;)

Please put the motor and arm in the for sale section of the forum someone sure to need one.

Vandals and water ingress.

Ok thanks lads! One thing though, the debadging video is for a suby wrx, obviously my seicento is a lot faster so will it make any difference to the badges?;-)
Once the -60 springs are on (it's an SX, dont panic!) It will be time for some tidying up. Il make a thread i think.

to get your badges off, fill your kettle to max, boil it, go to your car and slowly pour water all over the badge. Boiling water is hot enough to really soften the glue, they will just come off easy, i keep pouring while pulling badge gently but careful not to scald your fingers.

Might need something to clean any sticky residue off after.

really...? i done this hundreds of times and never ever had an issue, infact rescued my uncle the other day who was doing it with a heatgun and had damaged his paint as they are way way hotter than hot water from a kettle. Yes it will soften the paint slightly but any heat will. It will only be about 90 degrees by time you get outside with it and paint clearly gets hotter than that in alot of countries just sitting it the sun and their paint doesn't melt (well maybe after a long long time they do lol)

Also how i remove any stickers/graphics made of SAV off paint or glass. Let it cool down, clean and polish, job done.

How easy is it to remove the rear wiper motor? I've taken the back pannel and have all the wires etc out but there are 3 rivets holding the motor in please...any say way to get this out?!
