Well recently this has been neglected as I now use my 155 as a daily so thought I'd give this some attention.

The rear knocking has for worse so I bit the bullet and ordered new lowering shocks, 60/40 springs and some polybushes for the rear.

Plan over this week is to replace all of this. Also giving new filter and replace the oil, replace the inner gaiters and some new gearbox oil..

..and get it in the body shop to repair rear bumper cracks!

Traffic was bad on way home so pulled over and enjoyed the soleil roof!

So everything is fitted..

.. But a brake line snapped and I can't get the union undone where it connects to the flexi.

I let someone else have a look and they rounded it off now. I've ordered smaller set of mole grips and I've got the 17mm brake spanner.

Am I going to need to replace the whole flexi?

Any suggestions? Had another look today and still won't budge. Got a small set of molegrips on the way so I'll give that shot.

If that fails, would it be easier to run all new line + flexi?

Molegrips didn't work! Fml.

I like to be posh.. May go braided then!

So to remove from the rear flexi, Could I cut the pipe and get my rattle gun on the 9mm union? Or would it be the larger 17mm? or am I looking at running new line from the servo?

Thanks for guidance so far! It's frustrating knowing I've done all these upgrades and can't drive it..

Really need to update this!

Recently damaged my back so I've been unable to do anything on the car, despite having so much time off work. Rob (blackbox) has been driving up and pretty much doing all the work for me! Very much appreciated!!

So to update; rear arms are on, polybushed with new brake pipes, braided lines and brake cylinders. Also is on new shocks and springs.

However the passenger side backplate has rusted through, so I need one of those. Once I have one of those it'll be a case of bleeding brakes, bit of waxoyl and then MOT.

Here's an old picture.

Should robably update this..

Flew through MOT and no advisories! Been using it daily and enjoying the MPG!

Got a few bits to fit but nothing major. Just some routine servicing now.. But I'd say that this car is finished now!

I've also got a full 1.2 16v conversion in the garage and a spare seicento soleil sat outside - so may as well do that next! :)

Fitted a different roof today as the old one created ALOT of wind noise.

New roof is in, fitted and is 1000% better!

Also did oil and filter change :)

Driverside wiper has seized and flexes the body work, so pulling that out tomorrow and seeing what's what.

Gearbox oil and clutch cable ordered.

Cable feels likes it needs adjusting but it's still running on the original cable so thought may aswell replace the whole cable for piece of mind.

Next on the list is to sort this cinq out.. ImageUploadedByFIAT Forum1427641025.876221.jpg
