does anyone run 195/45/15 7j alloys on their sei? whats the clearance like between the outside arch plus I want to lower the car. the wheels come with 10mm spacers and wheel ET is 35.

any help or comments welcome. thanks

Iv put 195/40/15s on my girlfriends and she doesn't have any problems with it and its on 40mm lowering springs if that helps

are they 7j though or smaller? thanks for letting me know that 15s fit ok though, just need width now.

If I'm not mistaken I think they are 7j cos the first set of tyres wouldn't fit on the rim will pop out when she gets back and have a look

Have you got original brakes on?
If so you should be fine with out the spacers but if your going for a wider look put them on

I have punto gt brakes front and back, I didn't think 7j alloys would fit with out spacers unless you have a very low ET which would put the handling al to s**t?

Yeah gt breaks they would catch the inside of the alloys :X

I think you'll need to roll, maybe even flare the arches. The wheels will be about 1/2" wider than 6J. 10mm will probably be OK at the rear (but you may need to take a hammer to the inner wheelarches), probably not enough at the front.

35et will not fit without spacers even in 6J.

theres a set of alloys on ebay see, 195/45/15 with 10mm spacers and he says they are fine and they are on a sei. I thought it was a bit to much. ok guess that's not going to happen now. thanks anyway everyone

Girlfriend is home so just checked and the alloys she had are 5j sorry bout that

they are novitec off an alfa he said, they are at £130 but he wants around £200 for them. they didn't sell last time though. its a shame wouldn't mind some wider wheels and tyres

Go for it. I've not seen them, but £200 (even) sounds a good deal. Dunno where you are, but did I mention I have an arch roller?

lol, Is the arch roller for widening the arch or just the lip inside? and im Newport way, so a fair way
