I just dropped my Punto 75 engine into my Seicento.

It was a standard MPI with keycode and alarm.
I just solderd the 4 injector to the standard SPI loom as I also did this with my Cinq conversion 2 years ago.
And of course put in a 3 bar ful pump an an 1.2 ECOL ECU.

But now this happens:

I turn of the alarm and put the key in the barrel.
I turn it once and the Injector lights starts blinking.
Also the fuel pump is not buzzing, I can feel it ticking when I put my hand on it.
Also a red relay is ticking next to the ECU.
Same rythm as the ful pump.

I searched already and checked all the earth wires.
Nothing wrong there.

I think it may be the alarm as the orginal ECU is gone.
But the key is still the same.

What could cause this problem?
I don't know what type of alarm I have but it's hard to remove without removing the dashboard.
Can't reach it now.
