Which rail did you use? 1.2 16V 86hp is pico with pressure regulator and return, 1.2 16V 80hp (and later) is returnless with pressure regulator in the tank but with Bosch compact injectors.
That would be a 1.4 16V rail, and even if one were to remove the schrader valve and use that as a return with an external fuel pressure regulator: Still > 60 quid.
It was a rail from a Brava 1.2 16v (so it has a plastic inlet manifold), mounted onto a MK1 Punto Sporting (metal inlet manifold). This allowed me to fit the pink injectors picture above that came from a 1368cc 16v Stilo.
