Cinquecento Heater Switch problem:

when the slide switch is in the off position(Off) - the blower does not run
Correct and OK

when the slide switch is in the frist position(Slow) - the blower does not run
Not Correct and Not OK

when the slide switch is in the second position(Med) - the blower does not run
Not Correct and Not OK

when the slide switch is in the final position(Fast) - the blower does run fast
Correct and OK

Please advise where the problem may lie, thanking you in advance.

Failed resistor pack, under motor, replace.

Best access is through the "carpet" stuff on the engine bulkhead, passenger side.

yes, but unfortunately it is on the underside of the heater unit.
With the heater lifted (but with pipes still attached) it is possible to get to the screws with a small ratchet.

You may find it is just the thermal fuse that has failed.
The thermal fuse is the tiny silver bit of the resistor module.
