A friend of me has a Cinquecento turbo.

1108CC engine with speso headgasket.
Orginal pistons but skimmed down by novitec to lower the compression.
Original fuel pump and injector + extra injector at the back of the inletmanifold for extra fuel.

Original this was a Novitec set with a tectronic.
So the engine ran on the original ECU with an Novitec chip.
And the Tectronic added more fuel if it was needed.

That broke down so we took out the Tectronic and the original ECU.
We replaced it with a KdFI v1.3 (megasquirt based ECU).

As the car is running now for the last couple of months we still think it's slower than the original setup.
Top speed went down to 190km/h instead of 211km/h.

As it is getting enough fuel we think it has something to do with the ignition table.

Would the turbo drivers here be so kind to take a look at the ignition table?

Also I uploaded the config file from tunerstudio.

Maybe you guys can find somthing to gain more power.

Here is my ignition map at the moment! Still working on it! :p
I've got the same ecu, engine and pistons, only lower compression ratio due a punto head and thicker gasket, and I've got a larger intake and mpi :D

Maybe your timings are a bit to sharp and your engine is detonating already, but due the low compression you won't notice it. (My engine ran smoother on lower timings)

Hope it helps!(y)

EDIT: tooth 1# angle = 105 ;) else you can't compare the numbers
And btw, worth checking your dwell settings, mabye you're not generating a strong enough spark ;)

I measured 115, but it lost sync all the time, finally got it running on 105 somehow , and no it wasn't measured on a monday morning :D
I think other factors where involved that time, always wanted to get it done right with a timing light. So thanks! Going to fix it soon(y)
