I'm trying to figure out the Cinquecento wireing.
This is because I have to connect it to another engine (MPI, punto 75) loom.

As I was studying the diagrams I found out that the plug with the number "100" is the main plug that connects the engine loom to the car loom.

This is diagram number 8.
Also on diagram numer 10.

As I had writen down the colors of the wires on both sides of the mainplug I could figure out most of the wires.

The colors on the engine side of the mainplug and where they go:

Orange/Green -------- Double Relais
Gray/Red ------------ ECU
Red ----------------- ECU
Blue/white ----------- Reverse ligth
Blue/white ----------- Reverse ligth
Gray/Yellow ---------- Oilpresure sensor
Orange -------------- Double Relais
Black/Purple --------- Dyno
Gray/Green ---------- ECU
Orange/Black -------- ECU
Orange/Blue --------- ???????
Black/White --------- ??????

The colors on the car side of the mainplug and where they go:

Black/Green --------- Fuelpump
Red/White ----------- Instrumentpanel Injector Light
Red ----------------- Instrumentpanel
Blue/White ---------- Reverse light
Blue/White ---------- Reverse light
Gray/Yellow --------- Instrumentpanel warninglight low oilpresure
Green/White --------- Instrumentpanel coolant tempature
Black/Purple --------- Instrumentpanel battery warninglight
Orange -------------- ??? I think this go's to the codebox and from there to the ignition barrel
Gray/Green ----------?????????????
Orange/Black--------- ??? I think this go's to the codebox and from there to the ignition barrel

Now car does'nt have a codebox.
So how to wire do's wires?

I how some people could help me figure out what the last cables are.
I've been searching for the last two week but can't find it on the web.

I'm also wondering what the cable are that are pluged underneath the batterytray. The colors are purple/black and red/black.
I think the red/black on is power for the fuelpump.
But what does the other do?

Just been looking at the Haynes manual and it is showing the wiring for the 899 ECU layout and not the 1100.
I'm trying to fill in the missing wires from my Polish Chinq manual but it doesn't show the code box. Also looking at a Seicento manual for code box wiring as it might be the same.

Is your base model 899 or 1.1?

this is pretty much me reading off out of hte haybes manual page 12.19 diagram 2

it is more complicated then shown due to more wiring odd relays solenoids etc

there probably wont be alot of help with wiring due to the fact it is a pain in the arse

the wires you have "???????????" too ;
orange comes off pin 26 splitting off to the immobiliser and fuel pump relay
orange/blue dont know
orange/white dont know
grey/green dont know
orange/black comes odd pin 22 goes to canister purge solenoid

im tired so bound to of misread something you posted
but im tying to help here :p

My base is a 1.1 sporting cinquecento.

My car had a codebox some previous owner removed it so It's getting even more difficult.
The new ECU doen'st have a keycode as it turned the starter on an seicento when I tested it.

you sure its showing the wiring for the 899 and not the 1108, im hoping it does as it will make my swap a bot easier

Yep! Just been cross referencing from the Polish one and it's 900cc Ecu as some pin outs for the 1.1 are not shown.

Will need some time to check wiring but working on it.

that proves nothing, the codebox / ecu does not stop the starter from turning. It cuts the fuel pump etc.

re wiring stuff. does this help for the Cinquecento side of things;

Code:
wiring loom, ecu connector.

Ok, I thoufg the codebox prevented the starter from turning.
But when I removed it from the punto (1994 model) I could'nt find the codebox.
I've been back 2 time for it tripping the dash.

I checked a later Punto model and found it there so it does'nt have codebox.
Or could there be a keycode without a codebox?

Wiring wise, I don't have the time at the moment.
Next weekend I will take a look, thanks for so far.
