Hi guys I've signed up to this forum as I really need help with a problem with my wifes Fiat Cinquecento.

The car is:
Fiat Cinquecento SX 1996-1998, 899cc, Manual, Petrol.

My problem is whenever my wife turns off the window wipers they stop at that exact position, they never reset themselves to the bottom of the windscreen. It is really starting to annoy me, some people are telling me it's a relay problem but I don't have a clue. Any help would be so much appreciated!!

Its a live power problem. A wiper motor needs two supplies, one switched for the operation, one permanent for the parking.

Check that you have both power sources.

Then move onto the motor, it could be the track or finger in the motor is burnt/broken.

If so, the parts are not available seperately, off to the recyclers.
