hi my son as just bought sx ciuecento but it is over heating is their an inerant fault whith this particular model this is my sons first car and fond of it any advice would be most welcome

Pop over to the Cento section and have a peek through the guides.

Usually lack of maintenance is the main reason for overheating.

Yes, come over to the Cinq/Sei section. A bit more information would help. When does it overheat, etc.

Top up and bleed the system (bleed screw is by the window washer reservoir, sometimes there's an additional one on the engine bulkhead where the heater hose goes through the carpet).

Check for integrity/existence/tightness of alternator/water pump belt, water leaks, check that the cooling fan comes on, check that the thermostat works (radiator gets hot).
