I want to take to rear wiper off my seicento because i don't use it and it would look better with out it.

But where can i get a bung to fit ? 'kritip and eMz' have one, can see it in their pictures

And will i have to fit it back on when MoT time comes ?

You dont have to have a rear wiper for MoT, and any blind grommet of the correct size will do what you want it to, I'd put some sealant inside the grommet fixing recess too if I were to do that... but I prefer to have a rear wiper / washer system.
 
Dont chuck the old parts because the next owner will probably want the rear wiper. You can get blind grommets from a breakers or electrical store.
