idle valve control problem

Hi, I will buy a new idle valve control (idle sometimes at 2000 or 1500 rpm then works fine at 900-1000 rpm).

My engine is the 1242 8v mpi 75 but it runs with 40mm tricker tb.
I just want to know what idle valve control to buy:

Part number: C95136
Applications:

FIAT Panda 1000 i.e.

Are there differences between these two parts?

Check for air leaks/map issues/throttle slack and binding nipple first. As for the right part, really don't know -- I doubt if there's any significant difference except the Punto 75 one. (Which is the wrong one.)

75 one is the same to. not sure why the have different numbers :S
