hi new to this forum thing and found realy good info that helps, especialy people like me who dont like spending money.. i've got a early cinq with the little 890 engine in it because i got a heavy right foot and it cant go to fast (kept getting done for racing around in a 130mph lada;-) love my cinq great fun feels like i'm doing thousands of miles an hour but only doing 30..

until wednesday when the dreaded red light came on the dash and the motor stopped and the it went off it had fused and found a cylinder full of petrol thought the injector had stuck checked it out but not that, i need the know where the to go from here

Water level?

why the water level had a look and it hasn't changed for months thought it might be something like a stuck relay or some other electrical prob but dont have a manual so i dont know which one it is

The management system needs accurate temperature readings to provide the engine with the right fuel levels.

If the wtaer is low, then the temp readings can go haywire.

It could be a failed temp sensor too, check the readings against the FAQs.
