right i have just bought some alloys and think there wrong ones, they are sporting alloys but they are 15" will they fit my cinque?if not what will they fit and is there a market for them if i have to sell them?

15'' - possibly bravo/a alloys? mk2 punto alloys?

picture will help, plus any information that is stamped on the wheel itself and tyre size, to be honest the info given is fairly vague

As for selling them should you need to, you were the 'greatest seller/buyer on the forum' a couple of days ago so you should know the answer to what the current market is like

here is a pic what will they fit can they go on me cinque

Okay... here we go.

You can only fit same diameter tyres to the rims. If the rim is 14", then you need 14" tyres. If the rim is 15", then you'll need 15" tyres.

As for the rubbing, that depends on the tyre width and height. 185s shouldn't rub width-wise, but you will need to buy a lower profile tyre (185/50/r14 is a valid tyre for a cinq afaik and so is 175/55/r14. That does NOT mean you can buy 185/50/r15 or 175/55/r15, because those would be taller)

There is a calculator that sorts that sorta stuff out in the FAQs, cinq/sei section, look for alloys, tyres, wheels faq. Just feed it the info on what tyres you have at the moment and it will give you a list of replacements, along with the height difference the new tyres will make.

Not to sound harsh, but you should have done at least some basic research before buying stuff. 15" rims can probably be done, but you might have problems finding tyres that are low enough.
14" rims can be done easily. If your current rims and tyres are 13", then you'll need a set of tyres, whether you've bought 14" or 15" rims.

Hope I helped and not added to your confusion.

Well they're 15" wheels and I need them to fit on my Cinquecento?

*The above corrected to proper English by Spelling Nazi!*

The wheels in your picture are 14" if they are physically bigger than standard Cinquecento Sporting alloys. They're not 15" as Fiat never made that style in that size. Plenty of very good advice already given in this thread if you take the time to absorb the information ;)
