Hi All.New to forum and wanna say hello to you.I own a sei s 900cc and its a perfect car for me.I have to change the radiator because i have a leak on it.
So i wanna ask you guys what is the order to do that and is there something to be aware of ????

Thanks in advance.

easy job which for me takes an hour at most, is possible with bumper in situ but not worth the extra work IMO so i do as follows

Remove the front arch liners (5 posi head screws springs to mind)

Remove front bumper which is 2x 13mm bolts behind the front grille by the headlights, one 13mm nut and Tbolt either side corner which is either accessable after removing the arch liners

and then prise the bumper off carefully

now looking into the engine bay from the front just beneath the bonnet latch and to the left you will feel a triangle shaped bracket with two 13mm bolts, remove these and the rad is undone and slowly pull it out of the drivers side bumper support and now there is 3 hoses to be undone

two main 35mm input and outputs on the right of it with a jubilee clip on each and a 10mm overflow one on the top left corner, replace it with a new NOT second hand rad but do shop about i was quoted upto £80 by one supplier but ended up paying £24 so its more worthwhile than ever to shop about for a morning or two

Follow the good advice given above, at first I thought you were refering to chinq, and gave you info on that vehicle, sorry much more experienced people than me on the Sie S that can help you, still 1-6 info should be ok.

1.Inspect the hoses going to the rad for the type of retaining clips used, if they are factory fitted get the correct size jubilee clips.
2. Make sure you have enough antifreez and a bole if you intend to reuse what you have especially if it is recent.
3. Disconnect the bottom hose to release the water (not while hot).
4. Remove the other hose.
5. Find the bleed valve that pokes out behind the drivers headlamp, attach a meter or so of string; this will aide you to follow the path of the bleed pipe on refitting.
6. Remove the wireing clip from the rad temp sensor (half way down the right side) Remove the plug going to the fan.

If there is anything I have left out, or got wrong, then someone will be along with extra info.
