Hi there when i try to use my rear washer i have a leak coming from under the car near the front right wheel. Was wondering what this could be and if its an easy fix eg a hose? I dont know if it happens when i use the front washer but water comes out the front washer and not the rear one. Many thanks

could be the hose but likley to be a corroded pump unit
the units can be found under the front bumper just look and get some one too pull the squirter you should be able too see where it comes from
wouldnt have said they not be too expensive from either fiat or a local motor shop / scrap yard

if you cant get it fixed in time then yes it will fail as its fitted but dont work , if you cant get it fitted in time just pull the nozzle off put a screw in the hose and tape the hole over then get it fixed after the mot
i had to do this on the rear wiper as water had ruined it had melted bits together ( was an mot tester who told me about this ) took it out taped over the hole mot was issued
Well here in the nct in ireland i dont think they check the front or rear washers so i might get away with it fingers crossed. Plus it aint worked since i got the car and it passed its nct in april so it must have still been wrong then as it has never worked
