Being lazy I'd like to know if you can replace the tank on a 2002 Seicento without taking off the exhaust. The tank on ebay I'm looking at is silver, do aftermarket tanks come painted or are they alloy or galvanised??

You don't need to take it off, just take it off the rubbers, the flexi allows it to hang down enough to get the tank out. I expect the tank to be grey rather than silver. Coat it with something before fitting.
